Bernie vs. Hillary
A quiz and informational site to help voters decide between Bernie and Hillary
launch site
Bernievshillary.org was launched in early January 2016 and quickly went viral. We had no major partners to help spread the site, but through social sharing over 375,000 people had completed the quiz as of the June 2016 primary.

The Democratic presidential primary is an enormously important event in setting the priorities of the Democratic Party and in making sure the influence of the progressive movement is heard in U.S. politics. We were concerned by a media environment in which the records of the candidates were not being fully explored and explained to voters. BernievsHillary.org was designed so that voters could use to quickly access clear information about the candidates that went beyond their current platforms to explore their past records as well.

We did in-depth research to identify policy areas where there were clear and verifiable differences between the candidates. We built the site to ensure maximum shareability, including the automated generation of images that allowed users to share their individual scores on social media. We then designed, illustrated, and constructed a fully responsive site that delivered on our vision.
